God Macro plugin for the Demon Hunter is not working properly

First of all, please understand that I am using automatic translation because I am a foreign user.
I am using TurboHud well. However, I am writing this because the God Macro plugin for the Demon Hunter is not working properly.
There are no issues in Rifts and Greater Rifts, but while playing Visions of Enmity, if my inventory gets full and I go to town and then come back, the GoD Macro does not work correctly.
After that, when I move to another area, it works fine.
Please help me solve this problem.

Thank you for your previous response regarding the GoD macro issue. Based on your feedback that it might be a scene-specific bug within Diablo 3, I have conducted further testing and can now provide precise steps to reproduce the problem consistently.

The issue does not appear to be tied to a specific location within the Visions of Enmity, but rather to a specific sequence of events.

Here are the steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Enter a Vision of Enmity.

2. Fill your character's inventory completely with items.

3. Position your character directly on top of an item on the ground within the Vision.

4. Use a Town Portal to return to town and clear your inventory.

5. Use the portal to return to the Vision of Enmity.

6. Upon re-entry, the "Press F3 to pick up" message flashes on the screen for a moment.

7. After picking up the item you were standing on, the GoD macro ceases to function correctly.

It appears the issue is triggered by the game attempting to register the item pickup command ("Press F3 to pick up") just as the character zones back in from town. This seems to interfere with the macro's operation until the player moves to a new area or map.

Could you please investigate this specific sequence? Your assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

In a Vision of Enmity, when my inventory is full, I teleport back to town while standing directly on top of an item on the ground.
